"type":"text","title":"Transgender.","body":"%3Cp%3EI%20am%20a%20Female-Transgender-Male.%C2%A0%3C%2Fp%3E%0A%3Cp%3EMeaning%20I%20am%20physically%20a%20female%2C%20but%20mentally%20and%20spiritually%20male%26%238230%3Bwell..mostly%20gay%2C%20since%20I%20still%20like%20guys%20more%20than%20I%20like%20girls%2C%20but%20I%20really%20like%20both%20genders.%C2%A0%3C%2Fp%3E%0A%3Cp%3EI%20hate%20the%20fact%20that%20I%26%238217%3Bm%20physically%20female.%20I%20hate%20everything%20about%20it.%C2%A0%3C%2Fp%3E%0A%3Cp%3EI%26%238217%3Bm%20still%20wondering%20when%20I%20should%20tell%20my%20parents%20about%20it%2C%20because%20they%20know%20that%20I%26%238217%3Bm%20bisexual%2C%20and%20they%26%238217%3Bre%20%26%238216%3Bokay%26%238217%3B%20with%20it.%20But%20I%20don%26%238217%3Bt%20think%20they%26%238217%3Bd%20be%20okay%20with%20me%20wanting%20to%20change%20my%20gender%20physically%20too%20with%20them%20being%20the%20typical%20catholic-strict%20parents.%20I%20do%20not%20want%20to%20be%20treated%20like%20a%20girl%2C%20but%20I%26%238217%3Bve%20almost%20got%20no%20choice.%C2%A0%3C%2Fp%3E%0A%3Cp%3EMy%20friends%20already%20know%20about%20this%20and%20I%26%238217%3Bm%20lucky%20enough%20that%20they%20understand%20me.%20A%20few%20of%20them%20are%20quite%20against%20it%2C%20but%20said%20that%20they%26%238217%3Bll%20still%20accept%20me%20as%20their%20friend%20and%20that%20they%20respect%20my%20decisions.%C2%A0%3C%2Fp%3E%0A%3Cp%3EI%20know%20there%20aren%26%238217%3Bt%20any%20successful%20surgeries%20regarding%20the%20whole%20sex%20change%20topic%2C%20but%20someday%20when%20it%20IS%2C%20I%20will%20be%20one%20of%20the%20people%20out%20there%20waiting%20in%20line%20for%20it.%C2%A0%3C%2Fp%3E"
